Covid changed everything at work and at home. Irrespective of continent or country, this understandably created stress and a sense of chaos for a significant number of the world’s population. Thankfully, this also gave us the opportunity to bring about positive change to our lives. People have now become more aware of mental health issues, are holding constructive conversations about how we can achieve a better work/life balance, improve personal health, manage our stress, and find greater fulfilment in life.
